Tour Itinerary :

Day 1: Srinagar

On arrival at Srinagar, you will be meeting our representative at the Airport and who will transfer you to the Deluxe Houseboat. Afternoon free for personal activities.  Overnight at Houseboat.

Day 2 : Srinagar - local sightseeing

Half day tour of world famous Mughal Gardens visiting the Nishat Bagh (The Garden of Pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh ( Abode of Love). Return to Houseboat for hot lunch. In the afternoon Shikara ride on The Dal Lake to enjoy the beauty that God has graced this city because of  which it is often compared to Venice. You will get a view of some interesting places around the lake. Overnight at Houseboat

Day 3 : Srinagar - Pahalgam (93 Kms. drive)

Leave Srinagar by cars/coach 93 Kms. half day drive to Pahalgam (2440 Mtrs.) enroute visit saffron fields, Avantipur ruins and Mattan Temple. On the way see some more beautiful villages. Pahalgam is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry. Enjoy the natural charm of the valley. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 4 : Pahalgam - Chandanwadi (16 Kms. drive) - Sheshnagh (12 Kms. trek)

Leave after early breakfast from Pahalgam to Chandanwadi by cars. After reaching Chandanwadi immediately start trekking ascending towards Pissu Ghati pass 13000 Fts. Overnight in Tents in Sheshnag.

Day 5 : Sheshnagh - Panchtarni (14 Kms. trek)

Start early morning for a steep ascent upto Mahagunas (The great Viper 14500 Fts.) then an easy descend upto Panchtarni situated at the foot of mount Bhairva. Overnight in Tents.

Day 6 : Panchtarni - Amarnath (6 Kms. trek) - Baltal (4 Hrs. trek)

Start after breakfast steep ascent towards holy Amarnath Cave where you can see "Ice Lingam". This is the holy cave of Hindus & thousands of people visit the place during the full moon day. After darshan of the holy cave, from Amarnath steep descend towards Baltal. Overnight in Tents.

Day 7 : Baltal - Sonmarg - Srinagar

From Baltal it is 15 Kms. drive to Sonmarg. Sonmarg(2690 Mtrs.) which is the most beautiful spot of Kashmir valley. Sonmarg is known as "Gateway to Ladakh". Continue drive to Srinagar which takes 3 Hrs. from Sonmarg. Overnight at Houseboat.

Day 8 : Srinagar

Transfer in time to the airport to connect onwards destination flight.
